How does BUCKAPOUND™ Work?

After signing up, you'll complete a questionnaire which is used to help you create your own unique weight loss action plan. You'll then choose up to four weight loss "behaviors" to use for one week. At the end of each week, you get to choose which behaviors you want to keep for another week, and which ones you want to trade in for new behaviors. One week at a time, you’ll use your behaviors to lose weight—and keep it off.

You will have your own private pages on our website to record your progress and keep a personal journal. You’ll receive constant support from other members in our forums and chat sessions, and you’ll have an opportunity to set up your own personal support team.

During the first 60 days of your membership, you’ll receive informational messages and weight loss tips you can put to work immediately. Throughout the life of your membership, you’ll receive Dr. Art's "Daily Dose". These inspirational messages will help you learn how to keep off the weight you lose for the rest of your life.
